CATASTROPHIC PERSONAL INJURY
My primary objective is to solve problems for clients. When litigation is the best tool to achieve a client’s objectives, I recommend it and pursue the litigation vigorously. When there are other methods that better achieve a client’s objectives, I recommend those. I am cognizant that many top-performing litigators see every client as a pattern of facts or a cause of action; I am focused on maintaining the human element of my practice, particularly in cases of personal injury and defamation. In my general representation work, I love to help businesses remove or circumvent obstacles that are preventing them from reaching their next step, regardless of how that is measured.
