  • About Megan M. Flowers

After graduating Megan and her husband, Hal, moved to Charlottesville where Megan focused her early career on estate planning and elder law issues. Her work supporting families through the complexities of long-term care planning and guardianships inspired Megan to transition to family law. Megan’s estate planning background continues to inform her practice, allowing her to offer comprehensive solutions to her clients.

Megan is active in the Charlottesville- Albemarle Bar Association and volunteers at the UVA Women’s Center’s Free Legal Clinic. Megan is also engaged with the local community as a member of the Junior League of Charlottesville, where she previously served  on the Executive Council as Membership Chair.

Megan M. Flowers is an associate attorney at Tremblay & Smith.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce, custody, child support, protective orders, and other domestic relations matters. Megan works closely with her clients to achieve practical outcomes that work for their families. She understands that each client has unique needs and circumstances, and tailors her approach to provide personalized, tangible solutions.

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Megan earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was inducted into the Ole Miss Hall of Fame. Megan went on to earn her law degree from Tulane University Law School. During law school, Megan clerked for both the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Eastern District of Louisiana.

    Kind Words about Megan

“Megan was helpful, reliable and kind at a difficult time in my life. It was so reassuring to have her on my team. She was pleasant to work with and has been very quick to answer my questions thoroughly. I would love for others to know what a great resource Megan and the firm can be when legal support is needed.”
