  • About Daniel R. O. Long

    Daniel R. O. Long is an associate attorney at Tremblay & Smith, where he practices general civil litigation with a focus on personal injury. Prior to joining Tremblay & Smith, Daniel began his legal career practicing plaintiff-side asbestos product liability litigation, where he focused his practice on representing victims of asbestos-related diseases and their families. While attending law school at William & Mary, Daniel externed for a United States Magistrate Judge with the Eastern District of Virginia. He also served as an intern with the William & Mary Law School Veterans Benefits Clinic and as a law clerk with a law firm in Culpeper, Virginia. In addition, Daniel served as an article’s editor with the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. Further, as a member of the William & Mary Moot Court Team, Daniel and his teammate won best brief at the 2020 August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition.
